American Pale Ale beer
Beer with a copper color and a clear appearance. On the nose, American hops release hints of grapefruit, orange blossom, pineapple and mandarin which characterize its style. In the glass it creates a delicious foam cap with a fine, creamy, compact and very persistent grain. The initially balsamic taste, as the beer warms up, attenuates, leaving room for the balanced and welcoming bitterness of the hops, accompanied by a citrus and resinous note.
Typology: American Pale Ale, characterized by the use of malts and an abundant use of American hops.
Color: It has a slightly amber color tending towards copper.
Aroma: Hints of flowers and citrus fruits, with notes of tropical fruit.
Taste: As drinking proceeds, the explosive taste of citrus fruits and resin blends with the hint of exotic fruit and almonds, leaving room for a strong bitterness expertly balanced by a light caramelized note. The body is round with good drinkability which immediately calls for another sip, giving the palate fruity nuances and a strong and prolonged bitter finish.
Gastronomic pairing: Braised red meats, wild vegetables, artichokes and structured cheeses.

Following the traditional methods of top fermentation and refermentation in the bottle, our beer is produced using malted cereals, fine hops produced partly within our farm and selected yeasts.
Water plays a fundamental role in the production of beers and fortunately we can boast untreated spring water.
All beers are: not pasteurized, do not filter and refermented in the bottle, without preservatives and chemical stabilizers but only natural ingredients
After the first slow maturation fermentation which takes place in steel vats at a controlled temperature, the beer is bottled where the second fermentation takes place for the second fermentation, giving continuously evolving aromas and flavours, which is why a very small residue of yeast is always visible on the bottom of the bottles.
Our goal has always been to bring to Sicily, where the brewing tradition has no deep roots, an excellent Sicilian craft beer that everyone can taste and appreciate.
