American Pale Ale beer 
Coppy -color and clear -looking beer. At the smell, American hops release hints of grapefruit, orange blossom, pineapple and mandarin that characterize its style. In the glass it creates a delicious foam hat with a fine, creamy, compact and very persistent grain. The initially balsamic taste, with the warmth of the beer, attenuates itself leaving room for the balanced and welcoming amaro of the hops, accompanied by a citrus and resinous note. 

Type: American Pale Ale, characterized by the use of malts and an abundant use of American hops.  
Color: It presents itself slightly amber that tends to copper.
Aroma: Hints of flowers and citrus fruits, with noticing notes.
Taste: As the drinking, the explosive taste of citrus and resin merges with the hint of exotic fruit and almonds, leaving room for a decisive and expertly balanced bitter bitterness by a slight caramelized note. The body is round with a good drinkability that immediately recalls another sip by giving the palate fruity shades and a decisive and prolonged bitter ending. 
Gastronomic combination: Braised red meats, field vegetables, artichokes and structured cheeses.

The Craft Brewery 24 Barons It is a new and dynamic Sicilian reality in the production of craft beers. It stands in a wonderful hilly territory in Nicosia small town of the Nebrodi.
Following the traditional methods of high fermentation and reformation in the bottle, our beer is produced using Malatto cereals, a precious hops produced in part within our farm and selected yeasts.
In the production of beers, water has a fundamental role and fortunately we can boast an untreated source water.
All beers are: not pasteurized, not filtered and refermented in the bottle, without preservatives and chemical stabilizers but only natural ingredients
After the first slow maturation fermentation that takes place in steel vatio at controlled temperature, the beer is bottled where the second fermentation takes place for the grip of foam, giving aromas and flavors in constant evolution, which is why on the bottom of the bottles is visible Always a very small residue of yeasts.
Our goal has always been to bring to Sicily, where the brewer's tradition has no deep roots, a Sicilian craft beer of excellence that everyone can taste and appreciate.
