From the slopes of Etna to your table

We choose only the best raw materials from a selection made up of over fifteen herbs and aromatic plants as reported in the original recipe from the end of the 19th century. Following careful manual cleaning, we proceed with the expert and elaborate extraction of the aromas, and the subsequent mixing of the same with a syrup. We must patiently wait for a decantation of over two months before being able to enjoy our Amaro dell'Etna in the fullness of its characteristic and intense spicy flavour.

HISTORY

An Amaro with character

Amaro dell'Etna was born on the slopes of the Sicilian volcano, with its unmistakable blend of more than fifteen herbs and aromatic plants. Its special recipe embodies all the volcanic passion of the land of Sicily which, after over a hundred years, continues to offer the intact pleasure of an intensely authentic taste, prepared according to tradition. From 1901 to today, our amaro continues to be served on the tables of lovers of good liqueurs, standing out for its deliciously spicy character. It is a liqueur with a naturally good heart, which is characterized by the choice of carefully selected and unique ingredients. A mixture of aromas that has marked the taste of good drinking for over a hundred years. Excellent as a digestive, it can be enjoyed after particularly elaborate dishes or as an accompaniment to a tasty aperitif with the simple addition of ice, seltzer and a thin slice of orange.
