Alaziza - Viognier and Zibibbo white wine, 75 cl

In no other part of the world is the light and the moods of the land as extraordinary as in Sicily, argued Giacomo Tachis. And it is precisely in this sun-kissed land that Alaziza was born. The label, which evokes elements of the Sicilian landscape immersed in a dreamlike atmosphere, is signed by designer Stephan Janson.

Alcohol content: 12.5 vols. 

Grapes: Viognier 85%  Zibibbo 15%.

Pairings: ideal with raw fish and shellfish preparations.

Tasting notes: straw yellow colour. On the nose, the aromas of exotic fruit and peach, characteristic of Viognier, are accompanied by the pleasant aromatic notes of orange blossom typical of Zibibbo. In the mouth a marked acidity supports the structure, giving drinkability and harmony.

Pairings: ideal with preparations based on raw fish and shellfish.

Municipality of production: Niscemi (CL)

Winemaking: The grape harvest takes place during the last week of August. This is followed by vinification in steel. Complete the refinement for another 2 months in the bottle.
