The  "LA" of Avid winery made with grapes coming from the Bastonaca district in the municipality of Vittoria. Poured into the glass, it offers a brilliant color.

It is a very versatile wine in pairings. It can accompany many types of appetizers, first courses, fresh and semi-mature cheeses, meat main courses with a not too intense flavor and vegetable-based preparations typical of Sicilian cuisine such as aubergine caponata.
