A real challenge: Gewürztraminer and Sémillon assembled in equal parts to create an atypical passito for Sicily. The intensely aromatic notes of Gewürztraminer marry perfectly with the excellent structure of Sémillon; everything is supported by perfect acidity.

The aromatic notes and perfect acidity stand out. A product with balanced flavours, not excessively sweet and with clear hints of dried fruit, honey and rose.

Pairings:

Excellent with any type of dessert, it also goes well with delicate cheeses.
