At Hamen, from the Arabic "Al Marsà Hamen" Bay of turtledoves. The ancient name of Marzamemi, picturesque fishing village in Syracuse, recalls the furrow dug by Arab culture, of those who founded this village at the extreme edge of the island, and radica this wine in the history of southeastern Sicily like the grape variety from which it came. < br/> < br/>

The Muscat in fact it is cultivated in Syracuse since the third century. BC and since then is appreciated for its extraordinary organoleptic qualities, it restrains and tells with colors and with the taste all the nuances of this terra impareggiabile. < br />

The wine At Hamen is produced from the vine Moscato biancocultivated in espalier.

The harvest starting from the middle of August and the grapes are gathered from the withered on woven materials in the Sun for ten days. After pressing of the grapes, the wine is fermented for three months in steel vats at controlled temperature and then refined in bottle for two months.
