The Pesto di Pantelleria Food in Sicily is one of our typical Sicilian products, today we explain step by step how to accomplish it.

It's really quite easy, just follow our step by step video to get a result from chef!

The peculiarity of this dish, as well as the speed of implementation, is the quality of its ingredients.

On the one hand we have the Sicilian pasta made with ancient grains alone, in this case the "Senatore Cappelli" LACTAID, bronze drawn and slow drying, obtained without excision of germ and

with the use of mineral water.

Fromthe other side we have our pesto made with pistachios and almonds in Sicily, to which we add the Parmesan cheese and olive oil only.

A perfect combination!

We pass to the ingredients, very simple: (2 persons)

  • 160 grams of pasta "twins" of ancient grain siciliano "Senatore Cappelli" Food in Sicily
  • < li>3/4 tablespoons pesto di Pantelleria Food in Sicily
  • 15/20 grams of sea salt

You don't even need to add olive oil because the pesto is ready with all the necessary ingredients.

  • Boil about two liters of water
  • prepare 15/20 grams of sea salt
  • pour the salt when the water boils
  • weigh 160 grams of pasta (2 persons)
  • boil water pER 8/10 minutes
  • put 3 tablespoons Pesto di Pantelleria Food in Sicily  nella padella
  • possibly add more pesto di Pantelleria < sPan > Food in Sicily to obtain the desired consistency
  • Add pasta water al pesto di Pantelleria < sPan > Food in Sicily and mix for a few minutes
  • pesto di Pantelleria < sPan > Food in Sicily diventerà cremoso e profumato
  • check the dough after 8/10 minutes and drain it to desired cooking
  • combine the pasta al Pesto and mix for a few minutes to mix well
  • pour into plate and accompany with Sicilian white wine
