The three grape varieties are combined with each other and contribute to give shape and character to wine organic .
The Nero d'Avola contributes with an aroma of red fruits like blackberries or mulberries; the Frappato Adds a hint of peach; the < strong >Alicante gives the Suber alcoholic strength and enriches it with a hint of fragrant spices.

The wine organic Suber is the result of careful research in the wine sector which marries traditional farming methods. < br />
Planted, as they did at one time, a sapling and work with the tools and a cure.
In the silence of the forest, the pace of work in the vineyards is marked by scissors during pruning, from farmer's hoe and the clatter of hoofs of Mule Gino during ploughing. < br/>
In full respect of nature and the surrounding forest, the vines are grown according to the regulations of the culture < strong >organic and processed manually.
The peculiar soil composition-consisting of sandy soils and Mediterranean dthe intense red color above Sandy-arenaceous rocks-coupled with the climate and dry, harmonious strokes gives grapes rich and complex taste.
Inside each bottle is encased the grapes of a single screw, while sapling breeding as well as ensure quality production, promotes a natural harmony between the vineyard and the surrounding landscape. < br />
After a natural wine making process, without recourse to any process of clarification and filtration, the wine aged for 12 months in barrels of 225 Suber and 500 litres and is then bottled after about 15 months after harvest with a refining in bottle for at least 6 months.
