The organic wine suber is the result of careful research in the wine sector that marries the traditional farming methods of the screws.

Planted as you once did, sapling and work with the tools and ancient cure.

In the silence of the forest, the pace of work in the vineyard is scanned with the scissors during the pruning, from the farmer's hoe and the clatter of the Gino mule hooves during plowing.

In the absolute respect of nature and the surrounding forest, the vines are cultivated according to the specification of the crop biological and processed manually.

The peculiar soil composition of the territory - made up of sandy soils and Mediterranean deep red sandy-towering sandstone rocks - united in ventilated and dry climate gives the grapes traits of harmonious richness and complexity of taste.

Inside each bottle I am enclosed the clusters of a single screw, while the erect shrub cultivation, in addition to ensuring a high quality production, promotes a natural harmonization between the vineyard and the surrounding landscape.

After a natural process of vinification, without recourse to any process of clarification and filtration, the Suber wine ages for 12 months in barrels 225 and 500 liters and is then bottled after about 15 months after harvest with a bottle aging in at least 6 months.
