More and more rare and prelibate, it belongs to the species Thunnus Thynnus and lives in the Mediterranean Sea.
It is characterized by an intense pink flesh, a good texture, and a flavourful taste.
After being fished, it is worked out from the fresh in our establishment, where the whole cycle is performed, from the selection of the pieces to the cleaning, from cooking "boiling", to the packaging, in full respect of the ancient craftsmanship tradition.
