This Sicilian wild fennel salsa draws its origins from an intuition of the Emir Giafar during Arab domination in Sicily. It is ideal for tasting couscous, tabulè, soups and vegetable soups. Perfect to give more taste to sauces, ragù, meat and fish seconds. To be used also as a base for pasta with Sardinians.
