Pistachio shelled and then worked with the addition of salt, pepper, seed oil. Ideal for preparing bruschette and as a condiment of the second meat dishes, it is naturally marred with pasta, preferably by cooking it at the end of cooking with a spolding of pistachio grains. Store in place fresh and dry. Once opened, store in the fridge by consuming it within a week. Also available in the 90 gr format and in the pet by a kilo.
