Grappa of Nero d'Avola, 50 cl

This grappa was born from a Sicilian vine of noble traditions: the black of Avola. It is a vine from rich personality, with fruity, floral and spicy notes. It has a great taste, full-bodied, balanced and harmonious structure overall. Its vinacs, slightly squeezed, subjected to a delicate fermentation process, are distilled in particular stills that enhance the taste and the intense aroma.
