Description
Flour obtained from a mixture of local ecotype barley.
It can be used in the preparation of pasta, biscuits and leavened products; for the latter, to obtain a better yield, it is recommended to mix it with other farì products, such as the re-milled durum wheat semolina "Fior di Farina Bio" or the soft wheat flour "Madonita type 2 Bio".
