Colomba Fiasconaro Oro Bianco with almond cream, 1 Kg

Fiasconaro's Colomba ORO BIANCO comes in a beautiful pink box containing a naturally leavened artisan dove, without sultanas and candied fruit, covered with white icing and almond foliage, a jar of Fiasconaro Avola Almond cream to spread on the dove, and a Fiasconaro Spalmino (a useful knife/spatula ideal for spreading the cream on the dove).

Ingredients:

Colomba: Wheat flour, butter, sugar, fresh eggs, white chocolate coating (10%) (sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin; natural vanilla extract), yolk from fresh eggs, natural yeast (contains wheat flour), honey from Sicily, inverted sugar, almond leaf (2%), orange puree (ground orange peel, sugar, concentrated lemon juice), emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, salt, natural vanilla flavouring. May contain traces of other nuts.

Almond cream: Almond (Amygdalus communis L.) (31%), sugar, vegetable oils and fats (sunflower, cocoa butter, safflower), skimmed milk powder, whey powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural flavouring, salt. May contain traces of other nuts and/or lupine.
