Traditional beers usually contain gluten quantities higher than the limit threshold of 20 ppm (parts per million) and for this reason not suitable for celiac subjects. Gluten is a substance present in many cereals, including barley malt and wheat, but thanks to specially processed production processes, the 24 Baroni brewery has managed to use traditional cereals, reaching to break down the quantity of gluten in the beers produced up to At very low values, less than 10 ppm. Type: Premium Pilsner, fresh and light on the palate, the finish is clean and hopper, slightly bitter with fruity notes highlighted.
Color: From golden, brilliant and clear color, with a very thick white foam.
Aroma: The abundant hopper, intense floral aroma, notes of cereal and herbaceous, is immediately evident.
Taste: Particularly dry taste that in the final gives the freshness of the hints of malt and hops. It is distinguished by its bitterness characterized by a decisive hopper and the abundant use of the best varieties of hops.
Gastronomic match: It is very well with a marinated beef carpaccio, risotto with perch and marinated anchovies. Thanks to the strong aromatic note of its hop, it is perfectly married with fresh cheeses and cold cuts.

The Handcrafted Brewery 24 Baroni It is a new and dynamic Sicilian reality in the production of craft beers. It rises in a wonderful hilly territory in Nicosia small municipality of the Nebrodi.
Following the traditional methods of high fermentation and bottled refermentation, our beer is produced using malted cereals, precious hops produced partly within our farm and selected yeasts.
In the production of beers it has a fundamental role of water and our fortunately we can boast an untreated source water.
All beers are: unpasteurized, unfilter and re-release in the bottle without preservatives and chemical stabilizers but only natural ingredients
After the first maturation fermentation that takes place in steel vats at a controlled temperature, the beer is bottled where the second fermentation for the socket, giving aromas and flavors in continuous evolution, which is why on the bottom of the bottles is visible Always a very small residue of yeasts.
Our goal has always been to bring to Sicily, where the brewing tradition has no deep roots, a Sicilian artisanal beer of excellence that everyone can taste and appreciate.
